Fidessa has been in Dukes Court for over 10 years. The location is ideal for us, we have another office in London so the station being close is a big benefit to us. We also have employees that use the local bus service which helps those that live locally but choose not to drive. The recently installed secure bike racks have been very well received by Fidessa as we have a lot of employees who cycle in on a daily basis. The Property Management are very approachable and quick to respond to any issues that we may have which is vital to the smooth running of our office.

Kuwait Aviation has been at Dukes Court for nearly 15 years. During that time, our Company moved quite a few times within the building, and each time, the management have been fantastic, doing their utmost to accommodate our new requirements. The tennis court, the bike shed, the close vicinity to the main shopping and entertaining area, not to mention being within a stone’s throw of the main line station to Waterloo, all represent huge advantages for us. This year we have again extended our lease and have been very happy doing it. The Main Reception staff are courteous and very helpful indeed. It all counts for a lot when we have a VP client or a Senior member of management from Kuwait visiting us. I would not hesitate to recommend Duke’s Court to any business considering moving to Woking, Surrey.

Paradigm Geophysical (UK) Ltd moved to Dukes Court in 2011 and we have just recently renewed our lease for a further 5 years. Having moved from a neighbouring building in Woking we were aware of the logistical convenience of Dukes Court for London and Heathrow commuting and also the quality of the building. Any query, enquiry or issue is dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally with the added protection of 24-hour security, 7 days a week, allowing flexibility for our staff that work beyond their contracted hours.Dukes Court main reception area is spacious and welcoming with attentive and friendly reception staff.The communal areas in and around Dukes Court are highly maintained together with a dedicated cleaning team that also keep the internal facilities to a high standard.
